What is your Preorder Policy?

Answer:
Any arrival/shipping date is an estimated date given to us by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. Therefore, any date posted is subject to change.

Upon notification to our staff of any changes in estimated arrival/shipping dates, we will post such on our website, and inform our customers via our NewsLetter/NewsMemo emails.

More reason to register for the Monsters in Motion NewLetters/NewsMemos. We urge our customers to check back on the website for update information on products they are following, have interest in, or placed a preorder for.

For Domestic Orders, please see the link "Domestic Orders, Returns, Shipping Conditions".

For International Orders, please see the link "International Orders, Returns, Shipping Conditions." Any order made before a release or shipping date is considered a preorder. Credit cards will not be charged until the item has arrived and stocked in our warehouse, and prepared for shipment to you.

Unreleased items can typically take more than four weeks before arrival and stocking in our warehouse. Certain items, depending on demand may take longer.

Considering the extent of time that may pass before a product is actually released, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us with any new or changed information regarding the credit card the product will be charged to. We are not responsible for any charges to credit cards not made by us due to a customer's failure to share changes in information. It is also the customer's responsibility to cancel any preorder they do not wish to keep. Please see our cancellation policy below in "How do I cancel an order?".
