How do I cancel an order?

Answer:
Due to the mass volume of emails we receive each day, we can no longer accept email cancellations. This is due to the fact that we may not get to your email in time to complete the cancellation before the item ships. We are only accepting cancellations by telephone, and only during our "Customer Service" office hours listed on our Contact Us page. We cannot cancel an order that has already been processed for shipping! See our return policy for receiving a credit or refund below in "How do I return an item?".
