How do I return an item?

Answer:
Contact us by telephone for processing returns. There is a 15% restock fee on all returns. Shipping will not be refunded on the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Never return any item without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
