How do I exchange an item?

Answer:
Contact us by telephone for processing exchanges. There is a 15% restocking fee for exchanges. Upon receipt of the item, if we find it is in good condition but the customer still wants to exchange for another of the same item, there will still be a 15% restocking fee. See "Collector's Notice" below.
