A deep-space craft piloted by Captain Hamilton (Richardson) is instructed by to investigate a strange signal emanating from a distant planet. Little do Hamilton and his crew know that they have been unwittingly lured into a trap, laid by a superior, inhuman intelligence, bent on dominating mankind. What perils await them on this desolate world at the farthest reaches of the galaxy?

War of the Planets is one of a crop of ultra-cheap films which were quickly produced to cash in on the success of the original Star Wars back in the 1970's. Produced in Italy on a horrifically low budget, with largely unknown "talent", War of the Planets will undoubtably leave you with your jaw agape and head-spinning - it's a train wreck of intergalactic proportions!
