 Here is an original piece of wardrobe used in the production of the 2016 blockbuster film Independence Day: Resurgence. This piece was worn by Liam Hemsworth in the role of Jake Morrison. 

“I felt pretty good,” Hemsworth, 26, tells PEOPLE of the first time he put on the costume made from Italian fabric. “It had a sheen to it and almost an oiliness. They are really tight when you first put them on, but once they warm up they stretch out.”

As a fan of the original 1996 film, Hemsworth jumped at the chance to be involved in the sequel, especially when he learned director Roland Emmerich was returning to helm Resurgence.
