 Here ia an amazing replica of the Cylon Raider from the Battlestar Galactica Reboot TV series. Made by QMX this is #28 of only 500 planned. This beauty was limited to only 500 Worldwide! This came out in 2008 and was QMX’s FIRST Limited Edition Artisan Replica! It took a year for the team at FX Studios to develop it, and each one of these babies was hand built by the model-making wizards at The FX Company.The Raider measures 15″ x 9.5″ x 3″ with a total display height of 10″, including the painted, textured asteroid diorama base (which measures 12″ x 8″). From the prismatic paint that shifts color as the surrounding light changes, the Cylon’s trademark WORKING SCANNING ELECTRON RED EYE, the flickering rear rocket booster lights, and the heavy-duty polyeurathane “ammo” case each Raider ships in, the team at FX had created something truly unique and beautiful. A truly amazing historic masterpiece for any fan!
