Haunted Manor Escape From The Dungeon MPC Re-Issue Model Kit by Polar Lights:

Here is a re-issue of the classic Disney Haunted Mansion model kit called Escape from the Crypt from 1974. It is being re-issued by Polar Lights with a new different name (Haunted Manor: Calamity Cut Short) probably to avoid Disney copyrights. It will be just like tho old kit with all new box art.

The dwarf is out of the crypt, but must get unchained.

The Headsman helps out... ZAP/ACTION... 

His shovel crashes down on the chains.

But as the chain parts, there's double ZAP/ACTION...the coffin lid flies up and it's grisly inhabitant springs up.
