Still mentally unstable, but having all of the fun — while dressing fabulously — this life-size statue of Harley features her glitzy, golden roller skater outfit (including a pair of roller skates), a custom film-themed base, and her iconic mallet. She's ready to strike, while never dropping her signature smirk.
