This Island Earth Metaluna Mutant Aurora Prototype Model Kit by Atlantis:

In 1974, the Aurora plastics Corp set out to produce a science fiction line of model kits.  Aurora illustrator David Cockrum made several designs for "The Mutant". It was sculpted in plasticine but later canceled and never produced. In the 1990's, the original plasticine piece was sold to a private collector associated with the studio that produced the original master. Measures approx. 8 inches tall.
