We're proud to present the CD release of renowned composer Lorne Balfe’s SUITES AND THEMES MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – DEAD RECKONING PART ONE, a thrilling collection of music that informed and inspired his acclaimed score to the blockbuster film of the same name.
Composer Balfe (MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT, DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THEVES) wrote and recorded many hours of music prior to recording his score for M:I - DEAD RECKONING PART ONE, and from within this musical treasure trove springs this exciting compilation -- both a wonderful companion to his film score and an exciting stand-alone listen on its own!
Produced by Lorne Balfe and Cecile Tournesac, and mastered by Reuben Cohen, this remarkable and unique musical journey is a fascinating window into the composer’s creative process. The CDs art design is by Dan Goldwasser and the CD Booklet includes a note from the composer.

About Lorne Balfe:
GRAMMY-winning, and EMMY & BAFTA-nominated composer Lorne Balfe has created music in virtually all genres and for all visual media with projects ranging from major studio to independent films, tent pole video game franchises, beloved animated feature films, critically acclaimed television series, and documentary features.
Consistently receiving accolades for his musical compositions, he received critical acclaim for his score in the most successful film of the Mission: Impossible franchise, Mission: Impossible –Fallout. Balfe has also worked on the critically acclaimed and Oscar nominated Top Gun: Maverick. Lorne served as Score Producer and contributed to the score alongside Hans Zimmer, Harold Faltermeyer, and Lady Gaga.
He recently composed the music for the highly praised Luther: Fallen Sun and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. In addition to his work with Christopher McQuarrie, Lorne has worked with many of the most prestigious directors in the industry including Christopher Nolan, Ron Howard, Michael Bay, Cate Shortland, Ang Lee, Christophe Waltz, Jerry Bruckheimer, Sean Baker, and Chris McKay.
