The first two-disc set of soundtrack recordings of Seasons 1 & 2 of the classic special effects sci-fi drama "SPACE:1999" by "Thunderbirds" creator Jerry Anderson is now available for the first time!

Jerry Anderson, creator of "Thunderbirds", "Captain Scarlet and The Mysterons" and other super marionettes, followed up "UFO" with the live sci-fi action "SPACE:1999".

Season 1 aired from 1974 to 1975.
The music was composed by Barry Gray, an integral part of Gerry Anderson's films.
Season 2 aired from 1976 to 1977.
Music was composed by Derek Wadsworth, who replaced Barry Gray.

The outlandish story and the spaceships that appear in the series are fascinating, but the realistic music also grabs the hearts of the
fans.This is the first time that the music from Season 2 has been released on CD, and the contents allow the audience to fully enjoy the charm of "Space 1999.
